The Ngugu-Ini coffee factory was started back in 1958 in Kirinyaga County, which is located in central Kenya. This wet-mill is part of the larger Kibirigwi Farmer’s Cooperative Society.

A peaberry coffee occurs when only one bean grows inside the coffee cherry, rather than two. This can lead to a stronger concentration of flavor.
