Grown at 1700 meters by members of the WCE (Women’s Coffee Extension). With over 700 female members, they are focused on women coffee growers and their voice in Rwanda coffee production.
This is a peaberry coffee, which means only one coffee bean grows inside the coffee cherry, rather than two. This can lead to a higher concentration of coffee flavor in each bean.
Cupping Notes: Above-average acidity and sweetness with hints of peach, lemon, and black tea.
