Espresso

Technically, espresso refers to the brewing method, and any coffee can be brewed in an espresso machine, however espresso is traditionally made with dark or vienna roasts. The smoky boldness of a dark roast lends itself nicely to the forceful extraction process of an espresso machine. We have developed specific blends and roasts that pull really nice shots in a pump-pressure espresso machine. Choose “pump pressure espresso” if we grind for you, or grind to a fine grind.
