We’ve been unable to get the beans for our Organic Timor (which we roast to both a medium and a French roast) for several months now. We’ve been between harvests, but now the new crop is here!
We now have Timor back in stock and, boy have we missed the distinct flavor of this single origin coffee! Organic Timor is a low-acid Indonesia. Similar to a Sumatra, Timor is earthy and deeply flavorful. Some taste a hint of lemon in this coffee, which nicely balances the earthiness. If you’re a dark roast coffee drinker, try the Organic Timor French roast!
MOFGA certified Organic, our Organic Timor is grown and processed without the use of chemical pesticides, or fertilizers. It is processed using the washed, or wet, process, which leads to it’s clean and vibrant flavor profile.
