Light

Light roast coffees spend the least amount of time in the roaster. We choose premium quality Arabica coffee beans, and lightly roast them to a light brown color. A breakfast blend is typically a light roast coffee. We offer breakfast blends, specialty light roast blends, and light roast coffees in both conventional beans and MOFGA certified Organic. You’ll taste bright notes in the flavor profiles of our light roast coffees.
