Cold Brew

Although any coffee can be used for any brewing method, we highly recommend Carrabassett Classic for Cold Brew coffee. The cold brew method enhances the chocolatey notes in Carrabassett Classic, and the balance of light and dark beans creates a complex and rich cup of iced cold brew coffee. Many say that cold brew coffee is gentler on the stomach than traditionally brewed coffee, and it also creates a sweeter and less bitter cup. If you order your coffee pre-ground, choose “French Press,” or grind to a coarse grind at home.
