From a group of 35 small specialty coffee producers all members of the APROCAFE. This association is dedicated to ecological and Fair Trade certified coffee production. As part of their agrotourism project, they allow visitors to tour the farms and participate in some of the agricultural work such as harvesting, pulping and drying.
