Our cart & shipping calculator get a little confused sometimes, call or email us if something doesn’t seem right to you – like if the shipping comes out to something ridiculous like $90.
The USPS considers APO & FPO domestic mail, so don’t select whatever country you’re currently stationed in as your shipping address. That’ll confuse the shipping system and whack you for international postage rates. Keep your country “USA” in the shipping address and use Armed Forces America (AA), Armed Forces Europe (AE), or Armed Forces Pacific (AP) – whichever is appropriate for your APO/FPO address. That way you’ll get the cheaper postage, just like if you were still here physically in the USA.
