Holiday Shipping (and delays)

Avoid delays this holiday season — order early to allow plenty of time for your coffee to arrive.

We will continue to prepare and ship out your orders as fast as usual; most of our orders are filled and sent out in a day or so, but once your coffee has left our doors, it’s in the hands of the shipping carriers.

Our blanket recommendation is to try and get your order in to us before noon on Thursday the 14th, especially if you’re shipping further away. If you are shipping to an address in Maine, you’ll probably be safe if you order before noon on Monday, the 18th (but like we said before, we can’t offer a guarantee.) With expected shipping delays with both the postal service and UPS this holiday season, these dates give us time to fill your order, and it gives the carriers time to hopefully get it to you.

It’s possible that if you order after these dates, your order might make it to you on time. But it also might not. We will do everything we can to get it out the door as fast as possible, and after that, we’ll hope right along with you. Please keep in mind that we do not ship orders on Saturdays, so any orders placed after 11:30(ish) a.m. on Fridays probably won’t go out until the following Monday.

Already ordered and your package taking longer than usual to get to you?

We appreciate your patience and recommend you follow the tracking info in your shipping confirmation email.

Contact your post office and your neighbors first to see where a package marked “delivered” (that isn’t at your house) might be. Check around your property too (we’ve had reports of coffee orders being delivered in very strange places before… tucked inside the garage for example.)

Then, if all that fails, please let us know!

Notes:

To ensure your package makes it to you with as few delays as possible, be sure to enter an address that can receive both UPS and USPS packages.
